The domain

Located in the Saint-Émilion appellation, Le Clos de l'Oratoire is one of the properties of Count Von Neipperg, who also owns the châteaux Canon la Gaffelière, d'Aiguilhe, and La Mondotte. Formerly part of the Peyreau estate, it was divided into several vineyards, including Le Clos de l'Oratoire, after the classification of Saint-Émilion wines in 1959.

The vineyard

Located on 13 hectares, the vineyard is certified Organic Agriculture and its vines are planted on soils composed of sand and clay.

10% Cabernet Franc
