Château Vieux Maillet - 2015

The domain

A large Pomerol estate, Château Vieux Maillet is located on the right bank of the river in Bordeaux. Since 2004, it has been owned by the Lavale family, who also own the châteaux of Lussac and Franc Mayne.

The vineyard

Located on 8.65 hectares, the vineyard is planted on gravelly and sandy soil with soft clay soils.

10% Cabernet Franc
5% Cabernet Sauvignon
