Château La Tour White Notebook - 2016

The domain

With its origins in the 12th century, Château La Tour Carnet is one of the oldest in the Médoc. The estate takes its name from its tower, built in 1120. Vines were planted on the estate as early as 1407. Now owned by Bernard Magrez, it was promoted to Cru Classé in 1855.

The vineyard

Located on 164 hectares in the commune of Saint-Laurent-Médoc, the vineyard, whose vines are 26 years old on average, is labeled High Environmental Value level 3.
