Château Marjosse - 2016

The domain

Built in 1782, Château Marjosse is located in the Entre-deux-Mers region, originally owned by wine merchant Bernard Chénier. It is now owned by Pierre Lurton, general manager of the legendary Cheval Blanc in Saint-Emilion and president of the illustrious Château d'Yquem in Sauternes.

The vineyard

Located on 71 hectares, around twenty of which are dedicated to white, the vineyard is made up of vines aged 26 to 75 years old on exceptional clay-limestone soils.
