The domain
The oldest of the Grands Crus of Bordeaux, Château Haut-Brion is the fruit of five centuries of history. Founded in 1533 by Jean de Pontac, it became a Premier Grand Cru Classé outside Médoc in 1855 and recognized as a Cru Classé in 1959. Today, Château Haut-Brion continues to write the legend of the greatest wines in the world.
