The domain

Château Rieussec is located south of the Bordeaux region in the prestigious Sauternes appellation. Formerly owned by the Carmelite monks of Langon, this Sauternes Premier Grand Cru now belongs to the Rothschild family.

The vineyard

Located on 85 hectares in the heart of the Sauternes appellation, the vineyard is situated on sandy-clay gravel soils.
