Château Destieux - 2018

The domain

Château Destieux has belonged to the Dauriac family for almost 50 years, who have passionately maintained the constant progress of this vintage, with a single ambition: to do everything in the vineyard and in the cellar to produce each year a concentrated, elegant and full-bodied wine, the aristocratic expression of a privileged terroir.

The vineyard

Situated on 7.6 hectares, the vineyard is located on one of the two highest points in Saint-Emilion, overlooking the Dordogne Valley and the hills of Montagne Saint-Emilion. It is composed of vines averaging 50 years old on a terroir with clay-limestone soil.
